How to Order Custom Judo Uniforms (Judogi) Wholesale

By SOHAN TRADERS, Sialkot · Published 2026-10-15

Ordering judo uniforms for a club, academy or retail shop is easier when you know the five decisions a manufacturer will ask you about. This guide walks through them in the order they usually come up.

1. Choose the weave

Single weave judogi are lighter and cooler, which makes them popular for training, beginners and youth classes. Double weave judogi are heavier and stiffer and are the usual choice for competition and experienced judoka.

Both are available from SOHAN TRADERS. If you already have a gi you like, tell us — we can work from a sample garment or your specification.

2. Decide colours and trim

White and blue are the standard competition colours. Clubs often add coloured piping, a custom collar or contrast stitching. Say whether you need adult sizes, youth sizes or both.

3. Prepare a size split

Send a size split (how many of each size) instead of only a total quantity — for example 10 × S, 20 × M, 15 × L. Ask for a size chart in centimetres and compare it with a gi you already own before approving production.

4. Plan your branding

Typical options are an embroidered or printed club logo on the back, chest or sleeves, labels inside the collar, and patches for sponsors or federation marks. Send your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG or PDF) where possible — it gives the cleanest result. See our custom patches for sponsor and club badges.

5. Approve a sample before bulk

For a new design, pre-production samples can be arranged for approval before bulk manufacturing. Minimum order quantity depends on the product, fabric and level of customisation, so confirm it on your quote request.
